喜报|我系陈晨老师为学院发表第一篇SCI

2019年12月18日，我院第一篇SCI正式见刊，杂志名：Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization。该研究论文题目《Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction, refinement and characterization of water-soluble polysaccharide from Dictyosphaerium sp. and evaluation of antioxidant activity in vitro》。
